For a limited time, 1 in every 7 paid orders placed on our Australian online store is chosen at random and refunded in full. You still receive your order. There is nothing extra to do. Just place your order as usual and you could be one of the lucky ones.

How it works

  1. Promotion period: the promotion runs from the moment this offer is shown on our website until 11:59 pm AEDT on Thursday 19 November 2026, or until the prize limit below is reached, whichever comes first.
  2. Who can take part: anyone who places a paid order on au.projectmontessori.com during the promotion period with a delivery address in Australia.
  3. How winners are chosen: eligible paid orders are grouped into consecutive groups of 7, in the order they are received (based on the time stamp in our store system). From each group of 7, one order is chosen at random using a random number generator. Every eligible order in a group has the same chance of winning (1 in 7). Which order wins is decided at random and cannot be predicted from when an order is placed.
  4. What you win: a full refund of the total amount paid for the winning order, including shipping and shipping protection.
  5. When: if your order wins, we will email you within 3 business days after its group of 7 is complete. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days of that email. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
  6. You keep your order: your order is shipped as normal. You do not need to return anything.

Which orders do not count

  • Orders that are cancelled, or returned or refunded for any reason before the winner of their group is chosen.
  • Orders paid entirely with a gift card, test orders, and orders placed by our staff.
  • Orders placed in a way that tries to unfairly increase the chance of winning, for example splitting one purchase into several small orders. We may combine such orders and count them as one.
  • Orders from our other stores (US, UK, CA or EU). This promotion applies to our Australian store only.

Good to know

  • Limit of one winning order per customer (same name, email, payment method or delivery address). If a chosen order belongs to a customer who has already won, another order from the same group is chosen at random.
  • The total value of refunds under this promotion will not exceed AUD 2,900. If this limit is reached before 19 November 2026, the promotion ends early. We will update this page and remove the offer from our website.
  • If a winning order is later returned, the refund already made counts as the full refund for that order. No further refund is paid.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with discount codes. Orders that use a discount code still take part, but only the amount actually paid is refunded.
  • If something outside our control (for example a technical fault or fraud) affects the promotion, we may change or end it. We will update this page and treat customers fairly.
  • We use your order details only to run this promotion and to contact you if your order wins, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
